When I recently interviewed 3rd Degree Advertising's Kande Hein on Ft. Worth Community Credit Union's "Gabby" campaign a couple weeks ago, I noticed that the firm's CEO, Roy Page, had just written a book on credit union marketing entitled, "Credit Union Savvy". I thought with credit unions being ripe for gaining more market share, this would be a hot topic. So we invited Roy on the show and he delivered, providing advice and anecdotes on how credit unions can enhance their marketing toward their ever-changing landscape of members: Boomers, Gen X, Gen Y, etc. We appreciate Roy coming on the show and providing loads of practical content -- a must watch for marketers.
