D. Hilton Associates Executive Vice President Brian Kidwell joined us for a few minutes during the Total Rewards Symposium last month to discuss the growing prevalence of incentive plans for credit union executives not being ROA driven anymore. Today, more Boards are looking at subjective measures such as Board satisfaction, core conversion going well, collections/charge offs at a minimum, etc.
Brian also touched on D. Hilton's soon-to-be-released 2016/17 Board Survey Report and some of the findings they discovered during that industry-wide inquiry. Really interesting stuff when it comes to gaining and retaining top talent in this talk with Brian. Check it out and let us know your thoughts.
