Four years ago, ProMedica Federal Credit Union's credit card program was average -- not bad but not great, either. There were a number of factors involved with its underperformance at that time, which we get into in the interview with ProMedica's Marketing/Business Development Director Chris Tarsha.
We invited Chris on the show to provide us with a before-and-after look at how they managed to transform their program from average to awesome in a few short years. One of the significant reasons had to do with CSCU's Optimize program that helped turn things around for the credit union.
