Zenmonics COO Jeff Jones joined us on the program to discuss how credit unions can create continuous engagement for both employees and members.
Jeff shared what exactly continuous engagement looks like because members are not thinking in terms of channels. They're just thinking what's the easiest most effective way to connect with their credit union. And if that's not there, they will go somewhere else.
Jeff adds that regardless of how a member interacts with their credit union (i.e. which platform they use to do their banking), the credit union should know exactly what they did and how they did it. This tracking/activity results in both a happy member and happy credit union employee.
