During Corelation's 10th Annual Client Conference, Corelation COO Rob Landis stopped by our virtual studios to share his thoughts on the success of their hybrid conference (in person/online). As great as the online experience is getting now, there's still no replacement for in-person event -- especially from a networking standpoint.
Rob also talked about connecting folks at the conference that ultimately help their technology services progress. In addition, he touched on the future of remote conversions -- which were big stories for the first few that were successful done. But now it almost seems like the norm.
He shared how the pandemic pushed the advent of a truly distributive workforce (a.k.a. remote staff). This move has opened up a nationwide talent pool for the company.
Lastly, Rob talked about credit union mergers and how they present new project opportunities for Corelation, helping their clients clear the tech hurdles these projects present.
