The fine folks at TMG sponsored this Global Women's Leadership Network video interview series featuring several women CEOs from credit unions worldwide. Each interview that we will run over the next few weeks will display stories of patience, perseverance, and a proactive attitude to go after what you want -- a message for both men and women leaders.

In our first episode, we interviewed GECU President and CEO Crystal Long, who has been with the credit union for more than 30 years working in multiple positions (starting out as a file clerk) that allowed her to gain the knowledge and experience to run GECU to this day.
